  We have leased a property from Kim Fulay for three days and the central A/C unit does not work properly to cool the house and she has refused to repair it so that it works properly. She is seriously cutting corners in the management of the property that she owns and does not have the good grace to apologize for the inconvenience that we have endured in her property for 3 days. We also used the second floor shower a total of two times and it leaked through the roof. They came to repair it, but Kim blamed us and said we were complaining about issues. If this is what property management or realtor services will be - Look elsewhere for assistance. It is not worth the headache to deal with the unprofessionalism.

  Derick Broomfield lied to us about a property. We were told we had filled out sufficient paperwork and we were approved to rent. I would like to say we know what happened, but he never followed up with us or gave us a reason. We would never have given private informationto this company had we known better. DO NOT believe him, if he even returns a phone call. We received a TEXT. Thanks Maximum One for causing us to start our search all over again and missing out on other properties that had our interest.
